Shipping
Caroline Morin has production partner structures in the USA, Australia and UK. The designs will be printed locally at a printer close to you and shipped to you domestically. This is to speed up shipping times during COVID-19 and thus reduce shipping costs.
Your order will eventually arrive in different parcels and different dates if you ordered different product sizes. We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. A tracking number will be communicated to you upon dispatch.
You may have to pay additional TAX and duties in the country of destination. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges. Caroline Morin is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by Customs or the carrier.

How much time does it take for an order to be dispatched?
All my prints are printed on demand within 2-4 days. It can take 3-12 working days to be delivered in addition to the production time. As for original arts, they are ready to be sent within 2 days.

Original Art
Due to the nature of the products, original arts are non-refundable. Please take your time to decide before purchasing an original as it comes signed to ensure individuality.

Returns & Refund
Once the print is being printed, the sale is final.
To request a return, please email bonjour@carolinemorin.com and include the order number and the reason for your request. The buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing & shipping. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk. If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt. When we have received the items we will transfer the full purchase amount to your account within 10 business days.
