Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.
A tracking number will be sent to you right after you order is sent.
We can not guarantee the delays with precision but it can take to 3-8 working days to be delivered in addition to the production time which is around 4 days.
My production partner has structures in the USA, Australia and UK to be as close as possible to you.
Note: We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.
Also, import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival.
Caroline Morin is not responsible for these charges.

Returns
Sales are final 24 hours after delivery.
To request a return, please email bonjour@carolinemorin.com and include the order number and the reason for your return request.
On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing & shipping.

The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, in the same original packaging or in the same way as the first shipping.
You can’t return your order without a tracking number.

Original Art
Due to the nature of the products, original arts are non-refundable. Please take your time to decide before purchasing an original as it comes signed to ensure individuality.

If, in any case, your order comes damaged, send an email to bonjour@carolinemorin.com with photo(s) of the damaged item as soon as you receive it and we will either resend or refund it.

We will retain the refund until we have received the returned items or until we have received documentation that the items have been returned.
Note that the right of withdrawal is cancelled if you use or damage the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly.

If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Caroline Morin is not responsible for any customs charges regarding the returned parcel.

Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk.

Refund
When we have received the items and approved the return we will transfer the full purchase amount to your account within 10 business days. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, if you however only return part of your order we will only refund the items cost.
